Great Hotel and Food, Immaculately Clean, but essentially needs Air Conditioning in Summer

The Breakfast was good, although I didn't like the bacon or sausages, it was not what I expected, poor quality. Great selection of fruits and pastries. The coffee machine dispenses too much water and spoilt the coffee. The location is excellent and it was convenient to have parking on site. All the staff were simply amazing and did everything to make our stay comfortable like changing our room.

fortunately it wasn't too hot at this time of the year and the fans in the room work fine. Initially our room faced the road and it was very noisy if the windows are left open overnight. this was neccesary as the rooms dont have air conditioning and it was warm that evening. So I think at least the rooms which face the road should have Air Conditioning so the windows can be closed. The Fan just blows around the warm air.

Perfect location clean rooms

The apartments are clean and modern close to everything,this is our third time staying here. Staff are really friendly.

The pool is too small and it’s always hard to take a swim in it is so irregularly shaped. The room this time were very hot really missed air conditioning. Although we prefer fan it was 23 degrees at night and no breeze. They were also doing some repair work in our lock during the day during the week and on a Saturday so you did not get a lie in as all you could hear was the jackhammer

Overall an excellent experience, highly recommended!

Great location, fabulous rooms, friendly & helpful staff. The pool is lovely & plenty of sun beds. The dining areas are immaculate, food choices brilliant & overall a very pleasant place to stay.. we would stay again.

Not much not to like. Our room was to the rear & did suffer from noise of deliveries early morning, some days more than others. The lack of aircon meant we opened patio doors more often, so the noise was moderately disturbing.. with aircon we’d have closed the doors & the noise would have been less noticeable.

The stay wasn’t bad , we had the all inclusive deal but it felt that the top floor studios that were different from the

During summer it really needs the A/C installations (visited during August), having to “rent” an iron and an iron board,not solo traveler friendly. All in all the amenities are described and the ones I’m referring to are just things to be taken into consideration for giving it a true feeling of a “4 star” …

What was the highlight of Hotel Parque La Paz

Great location, lovely staff. Poor timing on cleaning and non enforcement of rules on sunbeds.

We were booked apartment only so either prepared a light breakfast ourselves or went out for breakfast.

Cleaning started at 12pm so most days when we went back to the apartment mid to late afternoon to get washed and changed ready for going out for the evening, the room was still not cleaned. To be fair, when the cleaners saw us, they did ask if we wanted them to clean, but as we just wanted to get ready, we declined. Out of 7 nights we had cleaning only twice. This is no reflection on the cleaners, as they were very pleasant and cleaned well when able, it was more the hours that they cleaned. The hotel declared that it had a strict policy of not reserving sunbeds and that towels would be removed from unattended beds. This was reinforced by signage around the pool area. The reality though was that every morning you would see people coming out early morning and putting towels on up to six or even eight beds at a time, even with pool staff standing there, and nothing was said and no towels were removed. We do not go on holiday to have to get up early just to get a bed. We did manage to get beds a couple of the days, although these were nowhere near the pool.

Close to everything

It was like an appartment...Good and spacious with a good size terrace with beds table and chairs. Great it had a walk in shower as I have some back and hip issues. Very handy to everything especially the late night bars with good music.

Couldn't believe there was only one mirror and it was over the sink in the bathroom. It wasn't great...I had to go to the side light stripes on it to try put my makeup on. We couldn't even see any full length of ourselves for the whole holiday which was so annoying. And to wait on each other to finish in bathroom to use the mirror was mad. There is plenty of room in the appartment to put a long mirror and good lights.

The location ie really great. The hotel and room itself the same.

There is no chance to have a late check out even you want to pay. Maybe here there is place for improvement.

When i should check out, i was 20 min to late, because my suitcase broke, so i had to run out for a new one and re pack my stuff, 12.05 the hell start on telephone, recepsionist , a mad man came up and stay in the door intoo i left the room 12.30.
